Look outside through the large living room window and enjoy simply stunning views. Look inside and rest your gaze on the wood log burner, a selection of books, DVDs and games to enjoy.

The spacious kitchen boasts an impressive array of all that may be required for a holiday ( or short stay in off-peak season, contact us for details).

The bathroom is large, modern and provides a separate bath and shower.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely, bright room with additional seating where you can relax, read or watch films on the wall mounted TV with DVD/CD player. A Wii has also been provided for your enjoyment.

The shed includes a heated drying cupboard for wet weather gear, together with a bike workstation, tools and bike racks...

The large grassed garden is fully enclosed and offers outdoor seating to the front and rear of the property.

To get your holiday off to a relaxing start, the kitchen will be stocked with locally sourced produce, including bread, milk, butter, eggs and fresh orange juice in addition to coffee, tea and sugar.

The bustling market town of Biggar is only 4.5 miles away and offers a good selection of independent shops, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as a Co-op and Sainsbury’s Local. The nearby Borders town of Peebles offers a good selection of shops, and a lovely theatre. Glentress Forest Mountain Biking centre is one of Peebles main attractions, having won many awards including 1st place in the top Scottish Trails of 2015, awarded by iBikeRide.
