This unique house is situated right at a doorstep of Botanic Gardens in the heart of the vibrant West End. It will offer you a superb accommodation over four luxurious double bedrooms, three of which are on-suite. A unique south-facing open living/kitchen area and terrace at the rooftop level gives you a panoramic views of the city.

The first floor hosts the first two double bedrooms, including a south-facing en-suite. French double door and window-panelled wall let air and light in providing an inviting atmosphere and space to relax in after a busy day. Beautifully finished shower-room/bathroom complement the room offering you comfort and privacy.

A few steps up you will find two further en-suite double bedrooms, one with adjacent office space on a viewing gallery, fully equipped with a computer, telephone/fax and broadband access for those on a business trip. Its high ceiling with velux windows and the gallery gives a feeling of a cokntained study/sleeping area. The bedroom is particularly good for those who need to concentrate on their work or for teenagers.

The master bedroom is a statement in luxury. It enjoys plenty of light and air through a floor-to-ceiling glass-panelled wall complete with French doors. Beautifully finished, furnished with superb quality wooden furniture, combining neutral colours with deep wine and brown, it is the most scrumptious space in the house.

From there a few more steps lead you to the breathtaking top floor. This open area cleverly divided by shades of colour, curved walls and raised flooring gives you a couple of semi-defined living areas, spacious terrace, and raised dining space.

Minutes from the main shopping and dinning area and 10 minutes Underground trip to the centre of the city, and yet with only a few minutes cycle along canal to take you out into the country side, this accommodation offers a unique combination and can satisfy most demanding tastes.
