Relaxing and romantic, (4-star) Two Harbours Guest House is nestled between the North and South Harbours on the pretty island of Scalpay, Isle of Harris. Refurbished & modernised to a high standard, we offer all rooms en suite. All bedrooms are up one flight of stairs. There is a guest lounge, dining room, MAINS pressure showers, free WiFi, garden, ample parking. Our 2 large Premium rooms have harbour/hill views, and our slightly smaller twin superking double is finished to the same high standard and has views to the front of the house and garden.

After an exciting and scenic 7 mile drive from Tarbert, the tiny Isle of Scalpay is an excellent base to see Harris and Lewis, situated midway between South Harris and all the attractions on Lewis - a 3 or 4 night stay would be the best choice for seeing as much as possible - one day will not be enough. There is now an excellent bistro 100 yards away for your evening meal (closed Wed & Sun). We offer a substantial packed lunch service for £12 per couple.

Low season save 10% on 2 nights+ (1 - 30 Apr) and 3 nights+ (1 May - 30 Sept 2016) based on 2 people sharing, and if booked directly (only on Premium rooms).

The property stands on the original Campbell house-site where Bonnie Prince Charlie took refuge during his flight from Culloden in 1746.

Two of the photos show the house and views towards North Harbour and the hills of Harris. The other photos are of the dining room and the twin bedroom. Sorry we do not have any family bedrooms.

We want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible so please contact us if you have any specific requests eg dietary, or space for cycles, fishing tackle etc! Sorry no pets (except guide dogs) or children under 14 years old. We now have excellent Tripadvisor reviews - see our website for direct link, we are currently #3 of #142 in the Outer Hebrides, and #2 out of #92 on "Lewis and Harris".

Excellent walks locally and to the lighthouse, and the Harris Distillery is now open in Tarbert.
