This modern villa offers three rooms of non-smoking bed and breakfast accommodation in Dalbeattie, Scotland. We are situated off the main road through Dalbeattie on the B794 to the Haugh of Urr.
The rooms and facilities consist of the following:-
1. en-suite double room with king-size bed, 1st floor location, en-suite shower, toilet and wash basin
2. double room with double divan bed and shared bathroom
3. twin room with shared bathroom

Cowar Cottage sits in a tranquil location looking out over rolling fields and farmland. It has a southerly aspect and has a large mature garden to relax in.
The cottage has 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedded rooms, a kitchen diner, lounge, bathroom with shower over bath and a conservatory. There is also a garage for bike storage etc.
The accommodation comprises:
* 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms
* bathroom with shower over bath
* large lounge with open fire, colour TV and HiFi system
* the farmhouse style fully fitted kitchen has hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and seating for 6
* a south facing conservatory completes the relaxing ambience of the cottage.
Various small shops, forest walks and cycling can be found 3 miles away at Dalbeattie. Beaches are approximately 8 miles away at Sandyhills, Kippford or Rockcliffe. Castle Douglas, the main shopping centre for the area - approximately 6 miles, has a range of excellent quality shops and a large supermarket.

Kerr Cottage is a delightful typically Scottish detached property situated on the edge of the granite town of Dalbeattie. Although it was built 165 years ago, it has been lovingly brought into the 21st century with all 3 guest bedrooms having quality fixtures and fittings together with modern ensuite facilities.
The ground floor bedroom and bathroom is suitable for those with mobility problems and is fully wheelchair accessible.
The cosy guest lounge is available at all times and equipped with satellite TV, including sports channels, DVDs, books and board games.
A full Scottish or Continental breakfast is served in the bright conservatory where the views of the Galloway hills ensure you start each day feeling relaxed and on top of the world.
There is lockable storage for bikes/golf clubs and a drying room for outdoor clothing with battery charging facilities for your electric golf trolleys.
Sorry, but we are unable to accommodate children under 12 years of age or guests wishing to bring their pets.
