The cottage, with its own private garden and secure off road parking, is situated within the grounds of Redwood, formally a manse of the Free Church of Scotland in the Royal Burgh of Auchtermuchty.
We have two bedrooms available to our guests, comfortably furnished with lots of little extras to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Both rooms have en-suite facilities.
Redwood Cottage has a king sized bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a sofa bed in the sitting room and a fully fitted kitchen. The cottage is suitable for bed & breakfast as well as offering self catering short breaks.
The main house offers a double room with en-suite shower.
Guests enjoy comfy beds, crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen, feather duvets, fluffy towels, the usual toiletries and all the little bits that are sometimes forgotten - hair dryer, hot water bottle etc.
Both rooms have a TV/DVD system.
Breakfast for all bed & breakfast guests is served in the main house dining room at a club table.

Luxury Pod, commanding stunning views of the
Lomond Hills and surrounding Fife countryside.
Sleeping up to a maximum of 6 persons. Sleeping
arrangements comprise a double or twin bed on a
quirky raised mezzanine level, a large double bed
that converts from the dinette at the rear of the pod
and an additional small double sofa bed in the main
living area.
Fully fitted kitchen including full oven/grill and 4-
burner gas hob, microwave and fridge. Gas central
heating, combined with a wood-burner style electric
heater. Smart TV, USB charging sockets, bluetooth
stereo & wi-fi connection.
Outside, there is a generous decking area, with
adjacent sole-use hot-tub Jacuzzi, as well as ample
car parking, barbecue area and picnic table.

We have five self catering holiday properties: four apartments within Pitcairlie House and one detached holiday cottage converted from the former lodge house. They sleep two to six guests individually or a total of twenty-one if all properties are combined, making Pitcairlie a great choice for a family reunion or party. The grand scale of the lounge/dining room in Eland makes it a superb central space for large groups.
All of our properties have been newly refurbished to a very high standard. Each has been awarded a 4 Star rating by Visit Scotland. Our guests are welcome to enjoy our indoor heated swimming pool.
