Balnearn House is a delightful guest house located in Aberfeldy, in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Built in 1900, this late Victorian house is the home of Claire and Mark Dimmock. Balnearn House offers bed and breakfast where comfort and a friendly atmosphere are top priority and this comes across in the high quality service offered to all guests.

The bedrooms at Balnearn House offer views of the attractive gardens with those to the rear of the property looking over to the distant hills. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, 8 of which have ensuite facilities and the remaining 2 private bathrooms. Bedroom features include:
