In a lovely south-facing situation on Broughty Ferry's sandy beach, this elegant Victorian house enjoys magnificent views over the Tay Estuary to the North Sea and Fife coastline. Swans, seabirds and at times, seals and dolphins can be spotted.

Self-service Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering. One night up to a week or longer.

Accommodation comprises a double room with a king-size bed and a twin bedroom with coombed ceiling. Both rooms have wash-hand basins and colour TVs and the private use of shower-room and small fully-equipped kitchen. Computer with Broadband internet access is available in the double room for small fee. Bed linen, towels, toiletries, electricity and fridge stocked for breakfast provided.

Broughty Ferry has quality shops and restaurants. Nearby Dundee offers theatres, cinemas, Arts centre, Museums and Captain Scott's Discovery. There are good golf courses in the area and this is a central location ideal for touring and day trips to the Angus towns and Glens, Perth, Arbroath, Aberdeen, Fife, Edinburgh Glasgow and Stirling.
