The Smiddy House provides 4 luxury rooms for Bed and Breakfast accommodation: one family, one twin and 2 doubles, each ensuite with shower and toilet, along with colour TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities.

These large rooms have all been refurbished to the highest of standards, with finishing touches from Robert who has a flair for design, creating new décor and furnishings using top-quality fabrics. This has helped the Smiddy House to achieve 4* luxury guesthouse rating from the Scottish Tourist Board.

Each bedroom is personalised by its own name and simple, but tasteful individual refurbishment.

* Oban - the family room with one double bed and a single bed
* Jura - the twin room with 2 single beds
* Isla and Tobermory - both double rooms, each with one double bed

Laundry, All guests, not just walkers and cyclists, are welcome to use the laundry and drying room facilities for a small charge.

Dogs are welcome, although we appreciate advance notification as we have our own resident King Charles Cavalier spaniel, Cara.
