There is a boundless range of attractions nearby - skiing in the winter months, excellent hillwalking and mountaineering, pony trekking, golf and fishing all available locally. The towns and villages of Aviemore, Boat of Garten and Grantown each have their own attractions or follow the Whisky Trail taking in the Speyside Way en-route. Inverness, an easy drive, is the Gateway to the Highlands and the West.
