This lovely little cottage attached to the owner's house sits in a sunny sheltered spot in the pretty highland village of Carrbridge, approximately 10 miles from Grantown on Spey. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, there are French doors from the lounge onto a well tended lawn and patio area.

Carrbridge itself has several shops, tearooms and hotels serving meals and is home to the Landmark Heritage Centre with its woodland walks and wild water ride. There is a boundless range of attractions nearby - skiing in the winter months, excellent hillwalking and mountaineering, pony trekking, golf and fishing all available locally. The towns and villages of Aviemore, Boat of Garten and Grantown each have their own attractions or follow the Whisky Trail taking in the Speyside Way en-route. Inverness, an easy drive, is the Gateway to the Highlands and the West.

Ground floor: lounge with sofa bed for occasional extra guest, well fitted dining kitchen, bathroom with 3 piece suite, 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin.

Facilities: electric cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, colour TV, DVD player, CD player. Electric panel heaters with electricity by £1 coin meter. Bed linen included. Shared garden with owner. Garden furniture. Parking for 1 car. Sorry no pets.
