Our 32 en-suite bedrooms have been individually decorated to the highest standards, with extensive facilities including hospitality trays, dataport phones and satellite TV.
The rooms include doubles, twins, singles and a number of family rooms. Also, for those extra special occasions we have 2 honeymoon rooms, a number of executive rooms and 1 deluxe family suite incorporating an adjoining bedroom.
Children are free if sharing, with meals paid for as taken. Cots and Z beds are also available free of charge.
Guests are of course free to explore the public areas of this Georgian Country House with its magnificent original features, peaceful lounges and extensive grounds.
The Hotel provides an ideal base to explore the undiscovered beauty, history and local attractions of Dumfries & Galloway.

Built in 1898, number 6 Bella Vista offers accommodation for up
to 5 people, or up to 7 for an extra charge (including extra
bedroom with king size bed). Built of red brick and retaining
many charming original features, the house has comfortable,
modern and stylish facilities for a family, group of friends or
indeed is ideal as a romantic holiday for two!
There is a living room with direct coastal views, a fully equipped
kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, cooker and
microwave, separate formal dining room with table and chairs
seating 6, large bathroom with separate shower cubicle, and two
double bedrooms (one with a single bed annex, and an option of
a further double bedroom with king size for the larger party or
special occasion).
The reception rooms have open coal fires, and a colour TV,
DVD/CD player and VCR are all supplied. An "X BOX" with games
can be hired upon request, subject to availability.
Externally, there is an attractive sheltered private front garden,
with garden furniture, table and seating, and off street parking
to the rear of the property for one car (or more by arrangement),
with a storage building for golf clubs or cycles etc. Beyond the
front garden, there is also a public park (with pavilion and picnic
bench), which also directly overlooks the shoreline.
A travel cot/moses basket and stand/high chair/ baby change
mat/ bouncy cradle can be hired upon request. If there are more
than 2 children in the party, please enquire. Please note that no
smoking and no pets are allowed inside the property.

This wonderful hidden treasure is situated in the small, quiet village of Dornock in the beautiful Southwest of Scotland. Dornock is a short two mile drive south of Annan in the district of Dumfries and Galloway. With 32 golf courses within a 2.5 hour drive, this is a true golfers paradise.
The Mill was first built in 1875 and converted into six two-bedroom flats in 1975 then completely refurbished in 2003. These luxurious self-contained flats have everything one would want for a relaxing holiday. Each self-catering flat sleeps 2-4 people and has stunning views in all directions, on a clear day you can see across the Solway into Cumbria.
Each kitchen offers a fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washer/dryer, place settings for eight and all the utensils needed to prepare a feast for two or more. The living rooms in the flats are furnished with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a gas fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo, sofa, two arm chairs and a dining suite.
The bedrooms are beautifully furnished for your comfort. Bedroom 1 consists of two single beds and bedroom 2 has one double. Each room also includes night tables, chest of drawers, clothes closet, curling irons, hair dryer and all bed linens.

A warm welcome awaits you at the Graham Arms Guest House. We are a family run guest house, all rooms are tastefully decorated to a high standard.
All rooms have TV and coffee making facilities.
We have a residents licence and evening meals can be catered for by prior arrangement. Our picturesque Redfern designed building is directly on the B721 on the edge of the village of Eastriggs, 4 miles from the wedding town of Gretna Green. We are ideally sited for tourists wishing to discover the beautiful Galloway coastline of South West Scotland and the North Lakes. Cycling, golfing, fishing and wedding parties all welcome.
We have lockable storage for bikes and equipment plus off the road private parking.
Lockerbie, Dumfries, Moffat and Carlisle all steeped with local history are a short drive away. The cities of Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and the town Stranraer (offering a ferry trip to Northern Ireland) are approximately 1 1/2-2hrs drive.
