Waverley Villa is an attractive detached Victorian house which stands at the south end of the High Street as you enter Grantown-on-Spey from Aviemore.

We provide immaculate, comfortable and friendly bed and breakfast accommodation in two rooms. The double room is situated on the first floor and is centrally heated and is equipped with a television, hairdryer and hospitality tray. At Willowbank we offer clean, comfortable and cosy accommodation at a great rate. A substantial and varied breakfast selection, wi-fi, cycle & fishing rod storage, drying room & covered motorcycle parking are all available FREE to guests.

Willowbank Guest House is situated a short 5 minute walk from local shops & places to eat, and is only a 2 minute stroll from woodlands and then onto the River Spey, in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park, close to the ski areas of Aviemore and The Lecht.

We have 9 guest bedrooms; 6 en-suite and 3 standard rooms with separate bathroom. The ground floor has a triple en-suite and a double en-suite. Both those rooms are suitable for less able guests.

The first floor has 3 double and one twin en-suite room. The standard rooms are on the second floor, and each has twin beds. Each bedroom is individually furnished and decorated, centrally heated, double glazed with TV and has a hospitality tray.

The common areas of the guest house are the Residents' Lounge, which has been renovated and decorated to make it a cosy place to relax, along with the Dining Room/Conservatory, which is situated at the front, and is a great place just to sit and watch the world go by!

Craggan Outdoors offer good value, comfortable accommodation in our Bunkhouse & Bothy, located side-by-side in a secluded & picturesque spot on the Glenbeg Estate, a couple of miles off the A95 Grantown–Aviemore road. Peace & quiet is guaranteed, along with the fantastic views, yet you are just 5 minutes from nearby Grantown-on-Spey, & 15 minutes to Aviemore.

Craggan Bunkhouse is a converted farmhouse that sleeps up to 27 people over three rooms, two light & airy bunk-rooms of 11 & 12 beds each, & a cosier 4-bed room. Downstairs is a large open-plan kitchen & dining / common room area, along with bathroom facilities on a minimum of a 1-to-5 basis. Craggan Bunkhouse is double-glazed & centrally heated.

Craggan Bothy is a converted steading offering snug & cosy accommodation across a single floor. The bunk-room sleeps up to six people (with room to add an extra bunk to make it eight if necessary) & is adjoined by a well-fitted shower room. There is also an additional toilet, separate to the bathroom. The kitchen & dining area is at the other end of the building & includes a wood burner for cosy evenings, although Craggan Bothy is centrally heated.

Winter sports are close by, with both the Lecht & Cairngorm ski/snowboard areas just a 30-40 minute drive. We are also cyclist & biker-friendly.

As well as those enjoying the active side of the Scottish Highlands, Craggan Bunkhouse & Bothy are utilised by a wide range of groups that just need 'a big space', including get-togethers of friends & family, a base for educational field trips, stag & hen parties, a low key venue for corporate meetings where 'an away-from-it-all' setting is required....& so on.

Our lovely small but perfect ‘snug’ is on the main High Street of the beautiful Highland town Grantown on Spey. A great place to base yourself to explore the Cairngorms National Park right up to the Moray coast for fab days out and lots to do.

The Snug in Grantown is a studio apartment with a full size kitchen and bathroom off the main living area. We welcome bookings for two people or single travellers for minimum three night stays and can set the bedroom area up as two singles or a large superking zip link bed.

The Snug is made up of one large living space that incorporates a bedroom and seating area with the addition of a separate kitchen, hallway with cupboards leading to a large shower room.

Sleeping two only, the apartment is on the first floor with the main front door being directly on the High Street so easy access at all times. There is also a dedicated parking space at the back of the building a short walk to the front door although there is also ample High Street parking in Grantown itself.

Grantown boasts a variety of family run restaurants and small coffee shops so if cooking is off the menu for your break away you'll not go hungry. We are also just round the corner from the Co-op so no need to stock up before you come.

Shalimar is a superb holiday house in an idyllic location next to Anagach Woods yet only a short walk to Grantown's shops, pubs and restaurants. From the end of the drive, you are also just a short walk or cycle through the woods to the River Spey. Shalimar is a comfortable and practical family house making an ideal base for a self catering holiday in the Cairngorms National Park. We allow up to 2 well behaved dogs by prior arrangement.

Shalimar has been recently refurbished to a luxurious standard and can accommodate 8 guests more than comfortably. There are 2 wood-burning stoves, central heating throughout and double glazing to keep you warm all year round.

There are steps down to the lower garden which is turfed. The garden is enclosed making it safe for children and dogs.

The 4 bedrooms are set up as follows: master bedroom with king-size double bed and en-suite shower room; family room with 3 single beds; single bedroom; twin bedroom with 2 single beds. All of the beds have comfortable pocket-sprung mattresses and padded headboards. There is a family bathroom upstairs with extra large bath and separate walk-in shower for real comfort. The Pines House was previously run as a luxury small hotel and we have maintained this level of quality with televisions, hairdryers and radio-alarms in every room. In addition to the use of our elegant drawing room you have the choice of our three beautifully appointed guest bedrooms, of which two are available for let at any one time. All bedrooms are on the first floor of our house and have superb en suites, views over our garden and enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. Our gardens are a haven for wildlife e.g. red squirrels, pheasants and ducks and we have our own free-range hens.

All bedrooms are furnished with luxury Vi-Spring beds, fine linens and Arts and Crafts antiques. Each is equipped with a range of thoughtful extras such as satellite TV, DVD, silent mini fridge as well as tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, fluffy towels and bathrobes, and luxury toiletries.

This first floor 3 bedroom apartment is entirely self contained and is accessed via an entry phone system. It is conveniently located and is within easy walking distance to the golf course, woodlands, shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is available for rentals on a weekly basis or for short breaks.

The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower-room), 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and lounge.

The spacious bathroom contains, bath with shower screen and electric shower, toilet, heated towel rail and wash basin. The apartment hot water and heating is supplied by electric heating and it is double glazed throughout.
